LATE SUMMER YOGA INTENSIVE

1 - 5 February 2012

Cleanse, detox and ground yourself after the busy Christmas period with 7 dynamic yoga sessions over 5 days. Our program includes optional beach jog or shuffle and refreshing dip prior to our morning yoga sessions. After yoga, we delight you with breakfast! The Friday evening class includes a meditation and 'ginger compress' relaxation session, followed by an evening meal. We wrap up the week with a rejuvenating Sprightly Sunday session!

YOGA FLOW SEQUENCE INTENSIVE

29 Feb - 4 March 2012

Learn and master the "one" yoga flow sequence with 8 classes over 5 days. The sequence works on our internal communication system and on boosting our immune system as the seasons change. By practicing the "one" sequence our body can learn and remember without having to rely solely on our mind, thus we are able to let go and go with the flow.
