Beach Yoga
It's really hard to find a more superb way to start your day than joining our beach yoga. We begin with a gentle loosening and warming up shuffle or jog with a focus on the breath, then move to a yoga standing sequence and a refreshing dip in the ocean.
The beach is chosen on the day of the class, to ensure the best location, so we contact everyone via text on the morning of the class. Please register your interest via email including your mobile number to be notified of where we will be.
Monday Evening 6 week courses
23 Jan - 27 Feb 2012
12 March - 16 April 2012
Learn a flowing asana (yoga postures) sequence over 6 weeks. This is a chance to let your body learn, remember and deepen its understanding of the yoga postures each week, allowing your mind to relax and body strengthen.
The first course sequence will be about the end of summer, grounding ourselves in a cool, calming approach. The second course will celebrate the autumn months and boost our immune system, ready for the changes ahead.
Both courses are suitable for all levels of yoga lovers from beginners to experienced. As these courses focus on learning a flowing sequence they are not suitable for casual visits and you will need to register for the entire 6 week course. Register for a course and have Beach Yoga sessions free of charge.
